Magnificent loft of 250 m², completely renovated, ideally located near the center of Montana, close to the Petit Signal and Lake Grenon ski lifts. This spacious loft, on two floors with independent entrance, can accommodate up to 10 people. It offers a large bright living room with fireplace, an open kitchen opening onto a 50 m² terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps. The first floor has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 master bedroom with shower room, and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and shower room. The ground floor has a sauna and a games room with bar, pinball machine and relaxation area. No smoking, pets not allowed

Kitchen equipment: kettle, coffee machine (capsules), cheese and meat fondue set, raclette set, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven.

Additional equipment: vacuum cleaner, basic cleaning products, hand soaps and dishes – 1 bin bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet*

(*for the rest of the stay, these products are the responsibility of the tenant)
